Training and Development

Regular Training

Our field Supervisors are provided seminars monthly in Basic Security Supevisory Course, Security Supervisor Development, Professional Conduct, Discipline and Efficiency on duty. Also our guards are subject to continuous service workshops and quarterly seminars along the line and modern security training concerning intelligence, surveillance, basic procedures in case of bomb threat, control measures on the carrying of firearms/deadly weapons in the client premises, handling of strike / lockouts, security procedures for organic personnel/visitors,access to overtime work, visitors access, movement of materials, prohibited items, control of classified documents, parking/vehicles control, general safety and security rules, fires and emergencies, fire prevention strategies, planning, safety, good house keeping, role of the guard in case of fire, typhoons / status, block outs, workplace injury. Seminars also include classes concerning Republic Act No. 5487 or the 2003 Revised Rules and Regulations Implemeting RA No. 5487 as amended.

2. Communication Improvement – To correct the negative impression on the public created by certain security guards that tend to abuse their authority while on duty. Thus, security guards are trained to improve their speech ability through reading and attendance of communication improvement programs.

3. Physical Ability – Medical examinations and physical test are performed by our accredited Fitness Training Instructor on the Gym and Fitness Area to make sure that our detailed supervisors and guards still maintain the capability of pursuing assigned tasks entrusted to them. These must be passed and are essential before they are allowed to assume their respective posts.

4. Mental and Writing Ability – Each supervisor and guard should be knowledgeable in composing reports, noting down activities and if possible trained in typing or computer operation, etc., as standard operating procedures for recording purposes.

5. First-Aid Training In Case Of Emergency – Our supervisors and guards are skilled in applying first-aid assistance to workers and visitors of the establishment during emergency cases like fires, food poisoning, earthquakes, typhoons, physical injuries, etc. For this reasons, they are proficient in handling fire extinguishers or similar instrument quick to understand natural signs of disasters, and there upon, be prepared to face casualties, apply remedial measures in handling injuries like physical therapy or acupressure.


In order for us to further enrich our expertise, we have also exclusive and accredited Training School to cater our officers and guards training requirement wherein we are continuously cultivating and improving our supervisors and guards’ aptitude and competence to meet clientele requirements and expectations. We are an industry leader in the development, implementation and administration of highly successful Safety and Security Training programs. This includes our hands-on training on unarmed Combat and Firearms Proficiency


Furthermore, our Agency taps the services of ARMSCOR firearms dealership in the supply of various low and high caliber firearms, parts, ammunitions and accessories. They are duly licensed and accredited by the Philippine National Police – Firearms and Explosives Division (PNP – FED).


To promote and assure the physical well-being and positive appearance of our forces, we utilize the services of LEE GYM NATION located at the corner of Leticia Zavalla Drive and Rizal Boulevard, ILEM Homes, Tagapo, City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna. We retain qualified fitness training instructor and physical therapist to conduct from time to time repeated training and tests to ensure untiring vigor on the part of our duty security officers and staff, field duty supervisors and guards.


It is our standard to equip all our field supervisors and guards with appropriate firearms, flashlights, nightsticks, whistles, medical kit, tear gas and duty tactical gear. Other added equipment such as two-way radios, metal detectors, watchman clocks, stun guns and specialized firearms such as the 12 gauge shotguns, caliber .38 revolvers. The M16 rifle may also be issued upon request of the client as per agreement especially if the area is upsurge lawlessness.

Our Property Custodian periodically tests the performance of all firearms in our inventory to ensure field worthiness as well as repeating reliability.

Also our service firearms are duly registered and licensed with the PNP – Firearms and Explosives Division (PNP – FED Camp Crame, Quezon City).

Likewise, two-way radios are also registered and licensed by the National Telecommunications Company (NTC).
